5 Best lululemon Pants for Men (Joggers to Trousers)
If you are shopping for your first pair of men’s lululemon pants, be ready to fall in love. I used to make fun of my wife for wearing her new lululemon pants for a week straight. Then I bought my own and never wanted to take them off.
My favorite thing about lululemon is that they design their products with specific activities in mind.
The small details like pocket placement and ergonomic gussets can make your hike or day on the golf course much more enjoyable.

Buying Tips - lululemon Pants
Choose Pants by Activity
lululemon pants are specifically tailored for running, golfing, or hitting a tough workout. I matched each pant below with the activities that each is best suited for.
Joggers vs Classic Pants
The 2 main categories of lululemon men’s pants are joggers and classic pants. If you haven’t tried joggers before, think sweatpants but more flattering.
lululemon also makes classic pants and trousers that are ideal for the office or the golf course when you need a more formal look but don’t want to compromise on comfort.
Explore the Fabric Options
Ideally, I recommend finding a lululemon store so you can experience the different fabric options and feel.
Some pant styles come in multiple fabrics (with cool names like Warpstreme and Utilitech) that completely change the look and feel.
Best lululemon Men’s Pants
Whether you want pants for hiking, golf, or catching up on Netflix here are the best lululemon men’s pants.
1) lululemon ABC Jogger
BEST FOR: most comfortable pants and versatile pants for an active lifestyle
REVIEW: ABC joggers remain my favorite for 2 main reasons: versatility and comfort.
We are always on the move, and I love that these joggers allow me to go straight from a day in the city to a 5 mile hike without stopping at home for an outfit change.
If you haven’t tried the Warpstreme material before, there isn’t a better clothing fabric for everyday use on the market. Additionally, the fabric resists wrinkles and somehow my dog’s hair doesn’t stick to these pants either.
I also appreciate that they offer 3 length options and don’t try a one-length fits all pant. I’m 6’4 and the 32” sits perfectly at my ankle.
The tapered cut of the ABC joggers sets them apart from the competition. I have tried joggers from other brands, and they look too informal to wear at dinner or to a friend’s gathering. I can wear these joggers around town without feeling underdressed.
If you want to buy one pair of lululemon pants fit for a variety of occasions, I suggest you start with the ABC joggers.
2) lululemon License to Train Jogger
BEST FOR: The lightweight, abrasion-resistant material is ideal for running.
REVIEW: lululemon’s License to Train line is hands-down my favorite from the shirts to pants. The fabric is impressively durable for how lightweight it is.
This is my favorite lululemon jogger for training because of the stretch and breathability. I specifically love wearing these on cool morning runs or hikes. The abrasion-resistant and water-repellant fabric is perfect for any adventure in nature.
The streamlined fit gives plenty of room through the thighs while still having a fitted look.
If you’re looking for a great jogger for working out or running, definitely give these a go!
3) ABC 5-Pocket Pant- Utilitech
BEST FOR: Replacing your everyday jeans with a more comfortable and stylish pant.
REVIEW: If you typically wear jeans and don’t want to stray too far from your comfort zone, check out the ABC classic-fit pants in the Utilitech material.
The fit and feel are very similar to what you will be used to with jeans, but you also get the benefits of the ABC™ ergonomic gusset to remove tension from the crotch area.
Currently, the ABC 5-pocket pants come in both a Utilitech and Warpstreme fabric. I prefer the Utilitech material since it gives more of a classic jean look and feel while the Warpstreme has more of a trouser look and feel.
Keep in mind, the Utilitech fabric is abrasion-resistant so it won’t be as light and breathable as the Warpstreme fabric.

4) lululemon Soft Jersey Tapered Pant
BEST FOR: Wearing the softest and most comfortable pants around the house
REVIEW: If you want the absolutely most comfortable and softest pants, try the soft jersey tapered pants. They are one of the newest additions to lululemon’s catalog, and they’ve become my go-to for working from home.
The soft jersey fabric feels buttery soft and the slim, tapered fit hugs your thighs and calves without constricting.
The soft jersey tapered pants only come in one length right now. They will sit above the ankle on anyone over 6’ (183 cm). This is fine with me as I don’t typically wear these pants outside the house.
5) ABC Classic-Fit Trouser
BEST FOR: Ideal for a day on the golf course or a classy night on the town.
REVIEW: lululemon’s ABC trousers are not your grandpa’s trousers.
They aren’t the itchy and restrictive pants that you think of when you envision trousers worn by people in stuffy offices. These pants move and breathe to ensure you stay comfortable all day long.
The wrinkle-resistant material is awesome if you are wearing these trousers to the office or on a date. You can be more relaxed knowing that your pants look good, even if you have been sitting for a while.
Golfers in particular will love these trousers because they are comfortable, breathable, and provide the 4-way stretch needed on the course.
lululemon used to make the Commission pants targeted toward golfers, but they reimagined the design and launched the ABC Trouser as a replacement. The new ABC Trouser is still made with the fan-favorite Warpstreme fabric, but they have more room to move than the Commission pants.
